• Moonrise: Smooth, creamy washed-rind cheese made in a unique double coagulation technique, making it silky, supple and robust on roast peanut notes. Recent Great Taste Award recipient by the Guild of Fine Foods in the UK.
• Minted: Our holiday box exclusive! We transformed soft cheese curd by stipping it in Euphretes mint and cured sumac before cave aging it for a delicate rind!
