We are proud to offer a full line of premium, sustainably-produced caviars packed exclusively for Regalis. All of these caviars are made without the use of borax, pasteurization methods, coloring agents, or any other unscrupulous techniques. • 4 Oz. Spanish Smoked Applewood Trout Roe by Regalis – Regalis' award-winning Applewood Smoked Trout Roe is an orange tinted, medium sized roe with a distinctive tiger’s eye marking on each bead. Regalis was one of the first to produce a smoked trout roe before the varying copycats entered the market.
